Superintendent Engineering Lead Underground Infrastructure, Sustaining Capital and Engineering Governance Superintendent Engineering provides leadership across underground infrastructure, sustaining capital delivery and engineering governance activities supporting Oyu Tolgoi Underground Operations. Reporting to the Principal Engineer, this role leads a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for delivering safe, reliable and fit-for-purpose infrastructure solutions while ensuring strong technical governance, operational support and continuous improvement. Key Accountabilities Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team. Deliver infrastructure and sustaining capital projects safely, on schedule and within budget. Provide engineering governance, technical assurance and management of change leadership. Manage engineering, design and construction partners to achieve safe and effective outcomes. Support Underground Operations through reliable, maintainable and operationally focused infrastructure solutions. Develop engineering capability through coaching, mentoring and succession planning. Foster strong collaboration across Operations, Maintenance, Technical Services and Project teams. Drive a culture of safety, accountability, performance and continuous improvement. About You You are an experienced engineering leader with a strong track record delivering infrastructure and capital projects within complex operating environments. You will bring: Engineering degree or equivalent professional qualification. 10+ years' experience in mining, infrastructure or major project environments. Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams. Experience delivering capital projects and managing contractors. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. A practical approach to risk management, problem solving and decision making. Highly Regarded Underground mining experience. Block cave mining experience. Sustaining capital project delivery. Owner's team or EPCM experience. Brownfield project experience within operating assets. Experience developing and mentoring engineering professionals.
