About this Role The Beach Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of beach service by supervising Beach Waiters and maintaining exceptional guest service standards. The incumbent ensures that all assigned duties are carried out efficiently, supports the team in delivering outstanding service, and handles guest concerns professionally while promoting the resort's vision and values. Key Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Beach Waiters. Ensure all allocated duties and service standards are executed correctly and efficiently. Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address guest complaints or concerns. Support, guide, and coach Beach Waiters to maintain high levels of performance and service excellence. Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized beach operation. Ensure compliance with resort policies, procedures, and service standards. Maintain effective communication with the Beach Manager and other operational departments. Promote teamwork and a positive working environment. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Beach Manager. About You School Certificate level Fluent in English and French both written and spoken Computer literate Proactive and be ready to work under pressure Good product knowledge Fully aware of his own department goals and targets as well as the Vision and Mission of the hotel Our brand is expanding faster than ever before.
