PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES 1. Supervisar, liderear y organizar a su equipo 2. Logro de Objetivos de Negocio 3. Ejecución de estrategia comercial 4. Indicadores de Negocio 5. Servicio al cliente ¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA APLICAR A LA VACANTE? Licenciatura terminada en áreas como Administración, Mercadotecnia, Negocios o afín Experiencia de 2 a 3 años en ventas y manejo de equipos comerciales Licencia de chofer vigente Experiencia supervisando personal de ventas en campo Conocimiento de indicadores comerciales (sell in, sell out, cobertura, efectividad, cumplimiento de objetivos, entre otros) Habilidades de comunicación, organización y resolución de problemas Conocimiento de rutas de venta y ejecución en punto de venta Liderazgo, resiliencia, toma de decisiones, trabajo en equipo, creatividad, pensamiento inspirador y motivador Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
