Ensure supplier quality for all production material groups used at the Vestas Travemünde site Handle NCRs, analyze and approve Root Cause Analyses (RCA), and drive corrective action implementation at supplier locations Lead initiatives to reduce the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and improve supplier performance Collaborate closely with Regional and Global Supplier Quality & Development (SQ&D), Sourcing, Logistics, and external customers Support continuous improvement activities and ensure compliance with quality standards across the supply chain Your benefits – because your contribution matters! Engineering or Material Science background, or equivalent professional experience in quality management At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance and supplier quality management Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and continuous improvement methodologies Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment English and German C1 Level a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset Our commitment to a fair hiring.
