The role will ensure accurate management of systems completion data, documentation, certification records, and reporting within the project completions management system to support the successful handover of project systems from construction through commissioning and final acceptance. Key Responsibilities: Systems Completions Administration Maintain and administer the project's systems completions database and associated documentation. Support the implementation and maintenance of systems, subsystems, and turnover packages within the completions management system. Ensure all completions records are accurately entered, updated, and maintained. Track certification and completion status for construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover activities. Generate regular progress reports, dashboards, and status updates for project management and stakeholders. Documentation & Data Management Manage completions dossiers and handover documentation.
