Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for keeping our hiring process running smoothly, from scheduling and candidate communication to sourcing support, recruitment events, and co-op hiring cycles. This role involves working closely with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels to ensure every step of the hiring journey is well-coordinated and on track. This role is expected to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, enhance decision-making, and continuously optimize how work is performed. This is a full-time, permanent position based out of our Vancouver office, working on a hybrid model (3 days per week in-office). What You'll Be Doing Coordinate interview scheduling and serve as a key point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels, delivering a smooth and timely candidate experience Lead the co-op hiring program, running 3 hiring cohorts per year and campus events Support recruiters by sourcing and engaging candidates for open roles, including high-volume hiring cycles, using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels Prepare job postings, create jobs in our applicant tracking system (Ashby), and keep candidate records and statuses accurate Support offer letter preparation, new hire onboarding logistics, and basic recruiting metrics reporting Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and identify opportunities for
