## Description

Mission Brief As our Early Careers Recruiter & University Relations Specialist, you'll build the route by which the next generation of engineers, technicians, and operators find their way to Isar Aerospace. You'll maintain and grow our relationships with top universities, run our campus calendar, and own the recruitment cycle for interns, working students, apprentices, and graduates. You'll work with moderate autonomy: you own your scope and bring your own proposals to the table, while aligning with senior colleagues on more complex or high‑impact decisions. You'll report to the Talent Attraction lead and work closely with the L&D team Your Role in Our Space Mission: Grow the university network. Maintain and expand our relationships with top technical universities, universities of applied sciences, and research institutes — career centres, faculty, and student associations. Run our campus presence. Plan and execute our calendar of career fairs, tech talks, hackathons, site visits, and guest lectures, and make sure every touchpoint reflects who we are. Recruit early careers end to end. Run the full cycle for interns, working students, apprentices, graduates, and thesis students: sourcing, screening, interviews, assessment days, and offers. Build the pipeline ahead of demand. Work with engineering and production leaders to understand capability needs, and propose the routes — scholarships, student projects, competitions, referrals — that get us there. Sell the mission. Work with internal communications and marketing on student‑facing content, employer‑brand material, and a campus ambassador program. Own the candidate experience. Keep the process fast, human, and clear, and stay in touch with strong candidates we don't hire today but want in two years. Follow through after the hire. Stay close to early careers hires through onboarding and their first months, track conversion into permanent roles, and share what you learn with the team. Measure what works. Track funnel metrics, source of hire, cost per hire, offer acceptance, and conversion — and bring proposals on where to shift effort. Be our face externally. Represent Isar Aerospace at events and in student communities, and keep every message accurate and consistent with internal stakeholders. Qualification Checklist Degree in business, marketing, psychology, HR, communications, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience. 2+ years of experience in recruiting, university relations, early careers, or employer branding. Solid grounding in running recruiting processes end to end, with sound judgment on candidate quality. Familiarity with German and European university ecosystems; the confidence to approach career centres and faculty and build lasting relationships. Strong communication and storytelling skills: you can write a student‑facing post, pitch a partnership, and brief a hiring manager in the same afternoon. Strong teamwork — you collaborate well across Talent, L&D, Communications, and Engineering, and support shared team goals. Comfort with data — funnel metrics, spreadsheets, ATS reporting — and the discipline to keep records accurate. Structure and reliability across a busy event and interview calendar. Full professional English and German. Willingness to travel to campuses and events. Benefits Employee Participation Program: Share in our success through our virtual company share program 30 days of vacation: Enjoy the days off to relax and recharge Company pension plan: Secure your future with our company pension plan, featuring a 20% employer contribution after the probation period Subsidised lunch: Stay energised with delicious, subsidised lunches every day Sport Clubs membership: Stay fit with our sponsored sports club memberships (EGYM Wellpass) Individual learning allowance: Grow your skills with an individual learning budget granted after the probation period Childcare allowance: Receive a childcare allowance for your non-school-age children Flexible
