About the role The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for building and nurturing high-quality, diverse talent pipelines aligned to current and future business needs. The role focuses on proactive market engagement, research, and talent mapping to enable faster, higher-quality hiring outcomes. Operating as a subject matter expert in sourcing, the role partners closely with Recruiters and Talent Engagement Leaders to deliver innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies for critical and niche roles. You will be responsible for: Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies aligned to hiring priorities and workforce plans Build diverse pipelines through direct sourcing, talent communities, and market mapping Engage and nurture passive candidates through compelling outreach aligned to Diageo’s employer brand Partner with Recruiters to shape role-specific sourcing approaches and candidate profiles Conduct market intelligence and talent mapping to inform hiring strategies and business decisions Leverage sourcing technology, platforms, and analytics to drive efficiency and effectiveness Track and report sourcing effectiveness, pipeline health, and diversity outcomes Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing tools, techniques, and approaches Ensure all sourcing activity complies with data privacy and ethical sourcing standards What you will bring Essential: Fluent English and Turkish language knowledge Demonstrated experience in proactive sourcing, research, or talent intelligence Strong experience in delivering sourcing from a core hub into another, international location Strong understanding of diverse sourcing channels and techniques Ability to influence recruitment outcomes without direct hiring ownership Strong candidate communications and experience management capability Confidence working with sourcing and CRM tools (e.g. Avature) as well as a broader suite of Recruiting technology stack, including AI and automated technologies and associated processes Desirable: Experience supporting executive, technical, or niche hiring Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insight into action Experience working in a global or multi-market environment Benefits of working here Unique Family Leave opportunity We work without border - you will work with people from all over the world You will deal with world class brand portfolio Wide variety of thematic events, afterwork activities organized by employee communities Product Allowance to purchase company products from the staff shop We won the Fittest Workplace Award, of course we have a Gym Urban legend is true, we do have a Rooftop Bar Working with Us Flexibility is key to our success.
