You will be responsible: The TDS Cell & Gene Therapy Development Analytical Development (AD) organization is seeking a candidate interested in product characterization for advanced therapy modalities. In this role, the Co-Op will... Develop and establish an end-to-end automated Digital PCR (dPCR)-Based Method for Lentiviral Vector Quality Attributes. Analyze and interpret experimental results using analytical and statistical techniques. Actively participate in weekly meetings with internal and external collaborators. Participate in technical discussions on design of experiments to fill gaps in knowledge. Maintain a laboratory notebook and other technical documents according to required guidelines. Provide other project support as needed. Qualifications / Requirements: Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Biological Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and related majors are preferred, or related fields. Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework. Candidates must be actively enrolled in an accredited University for the duration of a co-op assignment pursuing a Bachelor’s or equivalent experience, Master’s, or PhD degree or equivalent experience. For students pursuing their Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Juniors or Seniors are preferred.
