The Co-op term is six months typically from January to June, 2027 (flexible). Full time requirement (40 hours per week) Fully On-site. Purpose: The TDS Proteins Development API organization is seeking a highly motivated Co-Op to support high-throughput process development (HTPD), protein purification, bioconjugation process development, chromatography optimization, automation, and digital innovation initiatives that advance biologics and protein therapeutics development. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in laboratory research, process development, high-throughput screening, data analysis, and workflow optimization while collaborating with scientists and engineers across process development, manufacturing, analytical, automation, and digital teams. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of scalable platforms, innovative technologies, and data-driven solutions that support multiple biologics programs. You will be responsible: Supporting high-throughput process development, protein purification, chromatography, filtration, and bioconjugation development activities. Designing, executing, and documenting laboratory experiments to evaluate process performance, operating conditions, and process scalability. Performing chromatography, resin screening, protein characterization, conjugation, and purification studies using laboratory and automated platforms. Supporting development and evaluation of scale-down models, high-throughput screening workflows, and automation technologies. Analyzing and interpreting experimental data using statistical and quantitative methods to generate actionable insights and recommendations. Participating in experimental design discussions and helping identify solutions to technical challenges. Collaborating with internal and external partners across scientific, engineering, manufacturing, and digital organizations. Developing workflows, tools, best practices, and platform strategies that improve process efficiency, consistency, and knowledge management. Supporting digital initiatives involving data analysis, visualization, programming, process automation, and data-driven decision making.
