TL;DR Location: Ghent, Belgium (Hybrid). Relocation outside of Europe is not possible for this role today. Language: English Experience : 5+ years of delivering AI and/or Software projects in production as a project manager or engineer. As a Team Lead of one of our GenAI teams at ML6, you will sit at the intersection of team management, strategy, and project delivery. You will drive high-impact GenAI solutions from concept to production while helping in shaping the strategy for our Emerging domain and coaching the team. YOUR IMPACT Successfully deliver projects with your team (70 %) Drive and deliver: Lead complex projects as a technical lead or project manager. Account management: Foster a high customer satisfaction, nurture business opportunities and build strong client relationships. Business Impact: Create tangible value for clients and dare to challenge their assumptions to ensure optimal solutions. People & Performance Management (20%) Coaching & Mentorship: Coach team members in their project work and long-term personal growth. Ways of working: Establish best practices for the way-of-working within your team, planning, execution and collaboration. Strategic Contribution (10%) Domain growth: Explore new opportunities and industries to tackle. Thought leadership: Build and share knowledge and skills linked to the GenAI domain ( example use case ). ML6 strategy: Actively contribute to overall ML6 strategy. Ambassadorship: Act as a true ambassador for ML6 inside and outside the company. WHY YOU Experience: 5+ years of experience delivering production-grade AI or Software projects (as an engineer or project manager). People Management: Proven track record in coaching, team development, and performance management. Business Acumen: Deep understanding of customer technology footprints, competitive landscapes, and strategic growth drivers. Communication: Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English. Proficiency in Dutch or German is a strong asset. Education: Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Location: Based in Europe and able to work regularly from our Ghent office in a hybrid setup. Relocation outside of Europe is not possible for this role today. WHY ML6 Less talking, more doing.
