Manager – IT Quality Engineering and Assurance What can you expect: The successful candidate will work within an Agile (SCRUM) delivery team responsible for the development of features/enhancements to our strategic product portfolio. Standard Marsh Benefits and Perks Shared Transport (Provided the address falls in service zone) We will count on you to: Understand Business requirements andidentify scenarios for Automated and Manual testing · Bring experience on testing AI/Gen AI business applications. · Demonstrate usage of Gen AI in tooling & AI driven insights reporting. · Creating/Reusing AI utilities/components for Testing. Design Automation test scripts ensuring proper coverage of regression Understanding API test resources, requirements and scripting Setup an Automation test framework Execution and maintenance of test scripts (Manual and Automated) and reporting results Investigate technical problems, needs and determine possible solutions Document test results, defect logs and issue logs wherever possible Participate in development of technical documentation where possible Status reporting to the Delivery Lead and Reporting Manager Communicate effectively with team members and stake holders of the project delivery team Work with Test Leads to improve ROI of overall automated and functional tests To own Marsh PI Tech initiatives along with Quality Engineering Leads Drive Agile Continuous improvement initiatives with Delivery Leads What you need to have: 8+ years’ experience in the IT industry. Demonstrable experience of working on successful test programs on enterprise scale applications or projects Experience of working in scrum teams within SAFe delivery framework will be preferred Experience of applying AI capabilities for BAU delivery work effectiveness in practical use cases Experience of working in Agile POD, Squad model and In-Sprint Automation Demonstrable experience of working in Programs on enterprise scale applications or projects Technical Skillset required: Exposure to GenAI utilities - Copilot or equivalent plugin / tooling Proficiency in UI and API test automation Specific experience with the following: Proficient in the following Test automation languages and frameworks; Typescript, JavaScript, Selenium, Playwright, WebDriverIO and TestNG, Cypress API test automation with Playwright, RestAssured or PactumJS Experience of Jmeter and LoadRunner for Performance testing will be a plus Experience of using AzureDevOps for End-to-End Test delivery Repository, CI/CD Pipeline management experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) is a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries.
