Tech Lead – DAM Architecture & Operations Location: Chennai, India (Full-Time Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Employee (FTE) Reporting To: Head of Digital Acquisition Job Level : I4 Job Summary Logitech is seeking a visionary, highly autonomous Tech Lead – DAM Architecture & Operations to serve as the technical heartbeat of our next-generation "Marketing AI Operating System". Operating as a key strategic force within our global MarTech team in Chennai and reporting directly to the Head of Digital Acquisition, you will architect and scale an enterprise-wide asset intelligence engine serving over 3,000 global users and managing 1M+ high-value digital assets. In this high-impact role, you will lead the evolution of our enterprise Bynder DAM platform—transforming asset discovery and lifecycle management through cutting-edge AI-driven enrichment, robust metadata schema design, scalable enterprise taxonomies, and high-velocity API/Webhook integrations, all while driving disciplined Agile execution and System Integrator (SI) governance. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Technical Strategy: Serve as the ultimate technical authority for Logitech's enterprise Bynder DAM ecosystem; design and maintain robust metadata schemata, enterprise taxonomies, controlled vocabularies, and complex workflow automation rules. AI-Driven Asset Intelligence: Pioneer and scale advanced AI/ML Capabilities—including automated metadata enrichment, visual search, intelligent auto-tagging, and Generative AI integrations—to power the core engine of our global Marketing AI OS. Integration & Systems Interoperability: Architect and maintain seamlessly scalable, high-throughput REST APIs and Webhook integrations connecting DAM with enterprise CMS, PIM, e-Commerce, and Adobe Creative Cloud platforms. Agile Execution & SI Governance: Lead technical execution within an Agile/Scrum framework; strictly govern deliverables from external System Integrators (SIs) to enforce high code quality, performance standards, and platform stability without operational debt. Leadership & Autonomy: Demonstrate high autonomy and a strong bias for action; proactively identify structural bottlenecks, solve complex architectural challenges, and mentor technical contributors across regions. Required Qualifications Experience: 8+ years of progressive technical leadership in enterprise digital operations, MarTech architecture, or digital asset infrastructure supporting large-scale, multi-regional user populations. DAM Mastery: 3+ years of deep technical expertise architecting and administering enterprise DAM solutions, specifically Bynder (or top-tier equivalents like Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Acquia DAM/Widen). Technical Depth: Proven proficiency in taxonomy governance, metadata modeling, AI-driven asset discovery pipelines, REST API design, Webhook integrations, and middleware systems. Delivery Track Record: Extensive hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments, driving sprint velocity, and technical governance over third-party System Integrator (SI) teams. Leadership Mindset: Exceptional strategic perspective, high autonomy, proactive problem-solving ability, and articulate communication skills across cross-functional engineering and business cohorts. Location & Onsite Presence: Based in or willing to relocate to Chennai, India, for full-time onsite collaboration. Preferred Qualifications Certified Bynder Administrator or Technical Specialist. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent technical Agile delivery certification. Demonstrated experience with AI/ML DAM plugins, Google Workspace Admin tools, and Google Drive Labels API.
