Day to Day Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality software solutions while taking ownership of product increments in each sprint, ensuring usability and adherence to coding standards • Collaborate with Product Owners to clarify requirements, manage sprint backlogs, and provide technical solutions to support agile development processes • Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and adapt plans effectively to meet sprint goals • Communicate technical changes and impacts clearly to stakeholders while maintaining transparency • Drive continuous improvement within the team through proactive approach and commitment to excellence Who Are We Looking For We look for big thinkers.
