Position: Database Administrator, Oracle / IBM Db2 Core requirements 5+ years of DBA experience Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database and IBM Db2 LUW Production database support experience Database installation, configuration, patching and upgrades Backup, restore and recovery Performance monitoring and troubleshooting High availability and disaster recovery concepts Linux/Unix experience Incident, Change and Problem Management experience Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Good written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and collaboratively Willingness to cross-train across database technologies Ability to participate in the on-call rotation Must be able to successfully complete the required fingerprinting and security/background clearance process Oracle skills preferred Oracle 19c, 21c or 26ai RAC and Data Guard ASM / Grid Infrastructure RMAN Multitenant CDB/PDB Performance tuning Patching and upgrades Exadata exposure Db2 skills preferred Db2 LUW HADR Backup, restore and recovery Performance tuning/troubleshooting Fix packs and upgrades Db2 security administration Additional preferred skills RHEL, Oracle Linux or AIX Bash/Korn Shell scripting Enterprise backup solutions such as NetWorker Database monitoring/alerting Automation/scripting Here at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
