## Description

Data Center Serviceability team works with hundreds of data centers globally to deliver the highest quality and lowest cost availability, capacity, and scaling results for our customers. We standardize operations globally by delivering tools, policy, processes, and procedures to our internal teams. Serviceability is the ability to maintain, repair, and manage infrastructure assets efficiently throughout their lifecycle, encompassing maintenance standards, spares management, training and certifications, operational readiness, and the systematic use of data and automation to prevent disruptions and drive continuous improvement. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to support serviceability for water systems across our data centers. Water quality management is a critical and fast-growing area of data center operations, where evaporative cooling, condenser water, and makeup water systems must be kept safe, compliant, and reliable to protect both people and infrastructure. This role will define how water systems are sampled, maintained, and kept within regulatory compliance as we scale from early programs to a global fleet, with a focus on proactively catching water quality issues before they drive equipment degradation or infrastructure downtime. What you will do: You will own the serviceability program for water systems across the fleet. You will write and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) guidelines for water sampling across all water bodies in our data centers, such as cooling towers, condenser and chilled water loops, evaporative systems, and storage tanks, making sure these guidelines meet regulatory and environmental compliance requirements across every region we operate in. You will build these guidelines with Operations, Data Center Engineering Operations (DCEO), Industrial Hygiene, Environmental, and water treatment vendors. You will set the serviceability framework for water systems so that sampling, treatment, and remediation happen on time and water quality issues are caught proactively rather than after they affect equipment or availability. You will partner with Finance on labor analyses that turn sampling and treatment needs into staffing plans. You will work with Field Engineering to lead root cause analyses on water quality and equipment findings, and you will make sure the lessons feed back into PM standards and procedures. You will work with Operations and site teams to build operational readiness plans for new sites, then track readiness so every site is sampling and compliant from day one. You will also run field trials and stakeholder workshops to validate procedures, collect feedback and drive continuous improvement. Key job responsibilities Own the execution and success metrics for water systems serviceability across the global fleet Write and maintain PM guidelines for water sampling across all water bodies, ensuring they meet regulatory and environmental compliance, working with Operations, DCEO, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental, and vendors Set the serviceability framework for water systems that keeps sampling and treatment on schedule and prevents water quality issues from causing infrastructure downtime Build mechanisms to proactively detect and escalate water quality risks before they affect equipment or availability Conduct labor analyses with Finance to support annual and long-range staffing plans Lead root cause analyses with Field Engineering on water quality and equipment findings, and drive corrective actions into standards Build operational readiness plans with Operations and site teams, and track readiness as new sites deploy Run field trials and stakeholder workshops to validate procedures and collect operational feedback Keep serviceability standards current as the fleet grows and new equipment, regulations, and vendors are introduced Use data and metrics to measure program health, prioritize effort and report progress Write narratives (one to six pages) and present to
