The Technical Specialist (TS) is an established and productive field-based individual contributor responsible for driving clinical excellence and supporting the adoption of Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology technologies, including the CARTO™ 3 Mapping System, ablation catheters, and associated EP solutions. Working under moderate supervision, the Technical Specialist partners closely with physicians, electrophysiology lab staff, and commercial colleagues to deliver best-in-class clinical support, customer education, and procedural expertise. The role plays a critical part in helping customers improve patient outcomes while supporting the organisation's overall technical, clinical, and commercial strategy. The Technical Specialist applies practical electrophysiology and product knowledge to implement customer-focused initiatives, accelerate technology adoption, and contribute to sustainable business growth within the assigned territory. This role is eligible for sales incentives and commission programmes. Duties & Responsibilities Clinical & Technical Support Provide expert clinical and technical support during electrophysiology procedures using the CARTO™ Mapping System and associated technologies. Support mapping, navigation, and ablation procedures across a broad range of arrhythmias, including AF, SVT, AT, VT, and emerging technologies. Deliver high-quality procedural support to ensure customer confidence, patient safety, and optimal clinical outcomes. Act as a trusted technical advisor to physicians, nurses, physiologists, and EP laboratory teams. Previous experience within EP and/or 3D mapping is highly desirable.
