Will you join us in redefining the boundaries of what is possible? ✈️🚁🚀 As a Flight Simulator Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring operational continuity, availability, and maximum efficiency of the flight simulators through the precise execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, timely technical troubleshooting, and strict compliance with manufacturer specifications, in order to guarantee a safe, functional training environment aligned with organizational standards of excellence and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Technical Maintenance and Quality: Execute assigned maintenance tasks via Work Order or supervisor instructions, ensuring strict adherence to manuals, standards, and procedures established by the simulator manufacturers. Daily Monitoring and Operational Log: Prepare the daily work report (Daily Check), correct any anomalies detected during the shift or logged in the maintenance book, and perform continuous follow-up on pending tasks. Support and Customer Service: Provide top-tier technical support to simulator users, swiftly analyzing technical issues and proposing effective solutions to resolve any operational impacts. Equipment and Tool Care: Ensure the proper and responsible use of tools and test instruments, keeping operational areas clean, organized, and in optimal working condition. Operational Safety and Environmental Care: Identify and report unsafe conditions or equipment anomalies that may pose environmental risks, promoting the efficient use of resources (water, energy) and environmental conservation. Workplace Culture and Collaboration: Maintain a healthy, pleasant, and collaborative work environment that fosters teamwork and supports the achievement of operational objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (completed or incomplete) in Communications and Electronics Engineering, Associate degree in Electronics, or related technical fields. Technical proficiency in maintenance manuals and schematic/electronic diagrams. Basic English proficiency (ability to read and comprehend technical documentation). Hands-on experience with hand tools, measuring equipment, and electronic testing instruments. Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills under pressure.
