You will be responsible for: Business & Sales Management Achieve annual sales, revenue, and profitability targets. Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with the Spine BU strategy. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts. Drive market share growth across public and private healthcare sectors. Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities. Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and business reviews. Strategic Account Management Develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), spine surgeons, department heads, and hospital management. Build strategic partnerships with major accounts, including MOH, National Guard, Military Hospitals, university hospitals, and private hospitals. Identify opportunities for new product introductions (NPIs), strategic system placements, and clinical evaluations. Develop account-specific growth strategies. Support tender strategies, NUPCO opportunities, and institutional procurement processes. Clinical & Technical Support Provide clinical and technical support during spine surgical procedures. Support surgeons in the appropriate utilization of the DePuy Synthes Spine portfolio. Conduct product demonstrations, in-service training, and clinical education. Support product trials and evaluations. Develop clinical confidence and product adoption among surgeons and operating room teams.
