Test Automation Engineer Build Quality into Mission-Critical Systems Are you passionate about automation, quality engineering, and building reliable software at scale? We're looking for a Test Engineer who thrives in a collaborative engineering environment and enjoys solving complex challenges through modern testing practices. In this role, you'll help shape the quality of business-critical applications through test automation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence. You'll work closely with developers, DevOps engineers, product teams, and technology leaders to deliver robust and efficient solutions. What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for web, API, and enterprise applications. Create automated functional, integration, and user acceptance testing frameworks. Develop test scripts and application configuration automation using scripting and database tools. Build and enhance automation pipelines that support continuous integration and delivery. Define effective test scenarios, including boundary, negative, and complex business cases. Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to improve software quality throughout the development lifecycle. Review automated test code and contribute to engineering best practices. Drive process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and accelerate delivery. Support production issues and participate in critical incident resolution when required. What We're Looking For Required Skills 3+ years of experience in test automation engineering. Strong programming experience in Java . Experience with at least one scripting language such as Python, Go, Perl, or Shell . Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and web test automation. Strong knowledge of REST APIs , XML, and automated API testing. Experience with Git , CI/CD tools, and modern software delivery practices. Knowledge of Oracle databases and automation using database scripts. Experience working within Agile development environments . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Azure DevOps Ansible Spring Framework Performance and load testing Chaos Engineering IBM WebSphere Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server administration Security concepts including TLS/SSL, certificates, and API security What Success Looks Like High-quality, reliable automated test coverage.
