What will it look like Our 6-month internship offers a university student the opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience within Aon's Trade Credit Insurance team in Istanbul. Working alongside experienced brokers and client service colleagues, the intern will contribute to live client work, develop foundational knowledge of trade credit products and risk management, and build the analytical and communication skills essential for a career in commercial risk Throughout the programme, you will also have opportunities to network with colleagues, managers, and leaders across the organization. Skills and Experience That Will Lead to Success We’re looking for motivated students and new graduates who are interested in developing their careers in insurance, reinsurance, and risk management. If you have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, an interest in international markets, and an enthusiastic approach to learning, we want to hear from you. This programme is ideal for students in their final year of university, but we also welcome new graduate applicants. Job Description Support the Trade Credit team with day-to-day client file administration, documentation and policy servicing tasks. Assist in preparing client presentations, renewal reports and market submissions under the guidance of senior team members. Conduct research on trade credit market trends, industry developments and client risk profiles. Help maintain accurate records and data in internal systems, contributing to the integrity of client information. Collaborate with colleagues across the team to support client-facing activities and internal projects. Requirements A senior (4th-year) university student or recent graduate. Advanced level of English, both written and spoken. Available to work 3 weekdays per week in person. Interest in insurance, reinsurance, risk management, and international markets. Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
