Will you join us in redefining the limits of what is possible? ✈️🚁🚀 As a Quality Control Trainee you will serve as the main point of contact for the customer regarding Support & Services. The role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement to guarantee the overall performance of customer services and increase fleet availability, covering the entirety of the customer's fleet. Key responsibilities: Operational & Technical Support: Direct assistance to Quality Control inspectors in Service Release processes and receiving inspection of aeronautical components and materials. Aeronautical Documentation Management: Creation and safeguarding of Airworthiness records and histories, ensuring traceability and compliance with applicable regulations. Regulatory Coordination: Processing and document tracking for Certification processes with national and international civil aviation authorities (AFAC and FAA). Technical-Administrative Control: Execution of administrative activities and internal logistical support to optimize Quality Assurance audits and workflows. Standards Assurance: Collaboration in the review of technical requirements to ensure that rendered services strictly comply with operational safety standards. Requirements: Degree in Aeronautical Engineer English Proficiency. Metrology Experience Soft Skills communication, customer service, conflict management, and teamwork.
