About the role As part of the trust team, you'll collaborate across functions to design and implement systems that streamline trust workflows, enhance decision-making around risk, and support responsible growth. The team operates as strategic advisors to key cross-functional partners — including Product, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering — to drive accountability, insights, and operational integrity across the business. In this role, you will be responsible for: End-to-End Process Management — Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized processes that support trust and safety functions, promoting consistency and adoption across the org. Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner with Engineering and Growth teams to drive initiatives that enhance trust infrastructure and operational effectiveness. Leadership Partnership — Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, delivering strategic insights, risk reporting, and actionable recommendations. Data-Driven Strategy — Oversee analytics across trust functions. Identify risk patterns and areas for improvement; build dashboards and insights that inform policy decisions and guide operational improvements. Reporting & Analytics — Lead the design and management of dashboards, reports, and KPIs that measure trust and safety performance and impact.
