Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company The U.S. Commercial Enablement Manager, Enabling Technologies is a strategic role responsible for supporting commercial effectiveness, operational excellence, and business transformation across the Joint Reconstruction Enabling Technologies portfolio and future digital surgery innovations. This role enables sustainable growth by aligning people, processes, technology, and analytics to support commercial execution and enhance customer value. As DePuy Synthes transforms to a standalone organization, this role will help support the implementation and optimization of commercial processes, governance, reporting capabilities, and operational models that improve agility, accountability, and business performance.
