The Investment Platform team is a central team within Investment Transformation and Technology, with a global remit supporting M&G’s investment platform and the delivery of change across the organisation. This is a Vice President - Business Analysis role combining enterprise-level BA leadership with Asset Management domain expertise. The role will shape analysis strategy, influence business and technology roadmaps, lead complex cross-functional transformation and establish a mature, consistent and outcome-led BA capability across teams. The role requires a leader who can operate credibly across the broader Asset Management lifecycle while bringing strong Private Markets knowledge across investment origination, due diligence, deal execution, asset onboarding, portfolio management, valuations, cash flows, investment operations, data, reporting and the associated control environment. The role will be expected to move comfortably between strategic leadership and hands-on analysis, translating executive priorities into sustainable operating models, technology and data outcomes while developing senior BAs and strengthening the wider BA profession. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSABILITIES: Deliver Stories : Ensure timely delivery of user stories and other project deliverables within agreed timelines. Business Case Development : Lead the creation of business cases and associated operating models for projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
