## Description

Gartner is a growth business driven by powerful technology and analytics. The VP of Technology & Analytics enables automation and growth for Gartner Consulting (GC) to support long-term, double-digit growth. The technology team owns the platforms that support Gartner Consulting’s sales (CRM) and business operations (Professional Services Automation), and Consulting. This leader will work closely with business owners, Gartner central IT, and other business units to deploy major capabilities and manage the technology roadmap, including a transition of CRM functionality to Salesforce. The VP of Technology Product: Serves as ultimate product owner of Consulting-specific technologies, including Kantata, CRM, and Sharepoint Partners closely with Gartner’s central IT team, who provides shared services technology (Finance, HR, Legal, etc) and developers for GC. Sets the vision and roadmap for technology, working with the global leader of Strategy and Operations. Will serve as the Consulting Technology leader to support our onboarding onto Salesforce CRM. Collaborates with VP+ business owners to understand the needs of the business. Serves as the Product leader working with Consulting Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Geo Senior Leadership Teams (SLTs). Works with Gartner IT to plan, deploy, and support strategic programs for the business. Leads the prioritization, requirement definition, development and deployment of all technologies. Manages and develops a team of product owners and systems analysts, from early career to tenured. Manages portfolio of projects, timelines and milestones and collaborate with core project team throughout all phases. Creates and delivers clear and effective presentations to business audiences across all levels of management within Gartner. Requirements: E xcitement to partner with Consulting’s growth-focused leaders Proven ability to lead technology transformations, delivering complex projects using Agile methodologies. Excellent teamwork and leadership skills15+ years of experience managing projects / programs focused on driving sales effectiveness and operational efficiency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge and experience in Salesforce and other ERP applications. Proficient in bridging the gap and communicating with clarity and purpose to technical sales resources in regards to strategic business requirements. Strong collaboration and influencing skills to work with multiple Business Units, peers, management and coordinate across all Gartner lines of business. Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and lead within a team environment.Ideally, 5+ years’ experience as a Consultant. Who are we? At Gartner, Inc.
