This senior member of Structuring & Execution team will play a critical leadership role within the Trade & Working Capital team, leading the evaluation, structuring, approval, execution, and ongoing management of complex Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Export Finance, and Structured Working Capital transactions. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, providing independent judgment, transaction leadership, and strategic guidance throughout the transaction lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Transaction Structuring, Credit Analysis & Risk Management Lead the structuring and evaluation of complex Trade Finance, Working Capital, Supply Chain Finance, and Export & Agency Finance transactions. Assess transaction structures, counterparty risk, legal frameworks, capital implications, and portfolio impacts. Prepare and present high-quality credit recommendations, transaction summaries, and approval materials to senior credit adjudication and governance committees. Analyze financial, operational, legal, and industry information to identify risks, opportunities, and structural considerations. Recommend appropriate transaction structures, exposure levels, risk ratings, covenant packages, reporting requirements, and risk mitigation strategies. Lead due diligence activities, including client meetings, management discussions, industry reviews, and regulatory assessments. Maintain deep expertise in market developments, industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks impacting Trade & Working Capital businesses.
