You will lead a talented team of global ESBPs supporting our strategic Finance organization, serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives while aligning people strategy and talent initiatives with business objectives. From organizational design and leadership development to talent strategy and business transformation, you will be a key architect in enabling our teams to thrive in an era of rapid change. What You'll Do: The Impact You'll Make Be a Trusted Advisor: Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leaders, influencing the people and business priorities shaping Salesforce's workforce of the future. Build the Workforce of the Future: Lead proactive workforce planning, location strategy, talent strategies, and succession planning to ensure a world-class leadership pipeline in a rapidly evolving tech landscape. Drive Organizational Innovation: Design and execute cutting-edge talent programs that drive performance, engagement, and career acceleration for our Employee Success (HR) organization.
