For our site in Wolfsburg-Hattorf (LZH), we are looking for a full-time Warehouse Administrator (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest possible date. Your Responsibilities Record and monitor incoming and outgoing goods Prepare and process shipping documents Manage the system-based storage, relocation, and retrieval of goods across different warehouse areas (GLT, tires, and empty containers) Label and inspect goods Act as a point of contact for dispatch, control tower, system coordination, forklift drivers, and shift management Manage bookings within the respective customer systems (Logis, SAP) Monitor material provisioning, requested delivery times, and material flows within the warehouse using system tools Process and report error pools and discrepancies Clarify open goods receipt (GR), MIH, and material bookings Monitor and manage IT systems such as ITLS, LKW-Control, Logis, SAP, Lison, iTLS, and Lotse Implement 5S standards and actively participate in Kaizen activities Report process disruptions and damage incidents Your Profile Completed vocational training Experience in warehouse operations and possession of a valid forklift licence Willingness to work in a three-shift system Good knowledge of warehouse management systems Good understanding of goods receipt and goods issue processes Knowledge of logistics and organisational processes Good IT skills, ideally including Microsoft Office Ability to work independently, reliability, resilience, and flexibility Good written and spoken German skills What We Offer Long-term development opportunities and career advancement prospects within an innovative company 30 days of annual leave Fixed-term employment contract with the objective of permanent employment Compensation in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement Corporate Benefits A wide range of learning and development opportunities through our e-learning platform, including professional training as well as soft skills and language courses A welcoming team with a first-name culture that looks forward to meeting you Have we sparked your interest?
