Purpose: To provide direct supervision to Warehouse Coordinators and Associates, Materials Coordinators and Associates, Warehouse and/or Materials Clerk. Achieves elevated level of satisfaction through a highly efficient performance in Receiving, Storage, Handling, Dispatching, Shipping and Materials Flow, Materials Movement thru Supply Chain Processes assuring Quality of Goods. Accountable to provide coaching and people development. You will be responsible for: In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position: Ensure appropriate Resources and Equipment to support all Warehouse's and Kitting Room's Personnel Activities. Responsible for developing and adhering to financial budget. Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
