The Team: Upstart’s Brand & Creative team shapes how people discover, understand, and experience Upstart. Our web team brings together design, SEO, content, and production to create useful, engaging experiences that support our brand and business goals. As the Senior Web Producer at Upstart, you’ll manage web requests across products and stakeholders, turn priorities into production plans, and build and publish pages in WordPress and Instapage. You’ll partner with our Lead Web Designer, SEO / Web Lead, channel owners, and Engineering to keep work moving and balance business impact within the limitations of team capacity. You’ll also coordinate and execute a quarterly landing page testing roadmap in partnership with channel owners and Analytics, developing hypotheses, launching experiments, and sharing insights that improve web performance. How you’ll make an impact Manage web intake and prioritization. Clarify goals and requirements across products and stakeholders. Partner with Design, our SEO / Web Lead, and Engineering to assess impact, scope effort, and negotiate priorities, timelines, and tradeoffs. Build quarterly web production roadmaps. Translate agreed priorities into actionable plans, coordinate dependencies and approvals, and communicate progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders. Own day-to-day platform operations. Administer WordPress and Instapage and maintain documentation, naming conventions, and access permissions. Provide first-line issue triage, escalate bugs, surface feature requests to Engineering, and validate fixes. Build and publish web experiences. Create and maintain pages using approved designs and reusable components. Partner with Design and Engineering to maintain page templates and perform QA across browsers and devices before and after publishing. Own landing page testing execution. Partner with channel owners to develop and prioritize hypotheses, align on success metrics with Analytics, build in-platform variants, launch tests, monitor performance, and recommend improvements based on results. Turn results into shared learnings. Analyze test results with relevant partners, communicate findings and recommended next steps, and publish winning experiences. Maintain a record of learnings to inform future tests across products and channels. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in web production, website management, or marketing web operations.
