Job Description: What You’ll Do Design and develop components of engineering solutions for products, systems, software, and services in accordance with established engineering principles, specifications, and requirements. Execute test plans to validate designs and ensure compliance with mechanical, electrical, software, and other engineering requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and external development partners to support engineering design, development, and implementation activities. Work as part of a cross-functional engineering team to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions for low- to moderately complex products. Analyze engineering issues, troubleshoot problems, and contribute technical insights and recommendations to project teams. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent qualification. 0–2 years of relevant experience in engineering, product development, testing, or a related field. Basic knowledge of engineering design tools, software packages, and development methodologies. Understanding of material properties, hardware components, electrical component design, and engineering fundamentals. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Good written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and the local language. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and development partners while applying technical knowledge to engineering assignments.
