What you’ll do AI & Innovation Explore practical applications of AI in a business environment Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes Support the integration of AI tools into existing processes Research emerging technologies and industry trends Data & Analytics Develop interactive dashboards and management reports Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) Support data-driven decision-making processes Automation & Digital Transformation Identify opportunities for process automation Support the digitization of existing workflows Assist in implementing modern workflow solutions Help improve efficiency through technology-driven initiatives Project Management & Business Support Contribute to cross-functional projects Assist in the preparation of business cases and concept documents Support presentations and materials for management discussions Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders Your Profile: Education Currently pursuing a degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field Technical Skills Ideally, you have some experience with: AI tools and Large Language Models (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) Microsoft Power Platform Power BI Python SQL Excel and data analysis Personal Attributes Strong interest in technology and innovation Analytical and problem-solving mindset Self-motivated and proactive attitude Structured and organized way of working Strong communication skills Fluent in English; German is an advantage What We Offer Exposure to cutting-edge analytics, automation, and AI initiatives Direct collaboration with experienced professionals across different functions High level of responsibility and ownership Opportunity to take ideas from concept to implementation Flexible and hybrid working environment Valuable experience at the intersection of business and technology Why This Role Is Different This is not a traditional working student role focused on routine tasks.
