This role is responsible for leading workplace and facilities management of P&G Sites in Thailand, working with a diverse team of internal and external partners to ensure a seamless office experience. We deliver productivity and care to our colleagues through all our service touch points every single day. We help to accelerate business value creation for the company by driving site projects with agility, cost effectiveness, and quality. We strategize and lead a portfolio of projects and initiatives catered to delivering the best workplace experience. Your Team You will report to the Workplace Services Site Leader and will be working with multi-functional partners across Thailand Sites. You will also be accountable for a large team of P&G's external workplace vendors and suppliers. What Success Looks Like As a Workplace Services – Site Operations Leader, you are expected to lead a team that will run the day-to-day operations of our workplace and ensure that our employees are able to perform at their peak in our offices. You and your team will be responsible to deliver Workplace Facilities and IT Projects to continuously uplift employee experience and meet business needs. Role Responsibilities Work with the local facilities management team to ensure that the physical workplace and all related services are operating efficiently to deliver the best employee experience. This includes overseeing the delivery of hard services and soft services. Work with the local IT operations team to ensure that the site IT equipment and processes are operating efficiently and is enabling productivity for all employees (e.g. PCs, video conferencing devices, etc). Implement tools that will help automate controls and track KPI’s where necessary as part of continuous improvement Support IT and Facilities priority projects based on business needs Support HSE, Engineering, Physical Security, and Sustainability efforts at the site Job Qualifications Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Facilities Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Strong project management skills / proven experience in leading projects from definition through execution Ownership with executional excellence and discipline Excellent communication skills Facilities Management and Employee Engagement skills and experiences are an added advantage Job Schedule Full time Job Number R000159584 Job Segmentation Experienced Professionals
