Account Management Sales Leader

This senior leadership role oversees a large account management organization focused on expanding and retaining strategic enterprise customers.
You will lead six frontline leaders and more than 30 Account Executives, driving revenue growth across an established customer portfolio.
The position centers on increasing net retention, expanding customer relationships, and securing complex, multi-year renewals.
You will combine commercial strategy with executive-level relationship management to protect and grow high-value accounts.
The role requires strong SaaS expertise, sophisticated knowledge of post-sale metrics, and a proven ability to lead large-scale existing-business teams.
You will work closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and other teams to connect expansion strategies with measurable customer outcomes.
