Level lists jobs where AI is actually part of the work — not just companies that put "AI" in a mission statement. Every industry, every role: engineering, support, sales, design, operations. If a job expects you to use AI tools day to day, it belongs here. Listings are remote-first and open worldwide.
The AI level
Every job has an AI level, from 1 to 4. A first pass of rules looks for concrete signals in the job description: named AI tools and models, expected skills, and how central AI work is to the role. That produces a score out of 100, which maps to a level: Level 4 (80 and above) means building AI is the job itself, Level 3 (60 to 79) means AI tools are part of the daily work, Level 2 (40 to 59) means AI is used alongside a mostly non-AI workload, and Level 1 (below 40) means AI is absent or only mentioned in passing. Every posting is published, whatever its level: a company's own name never counts as a tool, so an accountant role at an AI lab is not rated as an AI job. A free-tier LLM reviews the same description to confirm the rules-based read and catch what keyword matching misses. The level is published on every job, together with the tools the posting names, so you can check it yourself.
Where the listings come from
Free listings are pulled from public applicant-tracking-system job boards — Greenhouse, Ashby, and Lever — refreshed every 6 hours. When a listing disappears from its source board, it expires here too, so what you see is what companies currently have open.
