What we collect

• Email address — when you subscribe to the newsletter or take the AI level quiz, with your consent (double opt-in for the newsletter).
• Quiz answers and score — the answers you submit and the resulting AI level, so we can show and let you share your result.
• Order data via Stripe — when you post a job, the payment itself is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we only receive the checkout outcome (paid or not) and billing contact details needed to deliver the listing.
• IP address — logged briefly to rate-limit and prevent abuse of forms (newsletter signup, quiz, job posting).

We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

Why we collect it

To send the newsletter you signed up for, to show your quiz result, to process job listing payments and deliver the listing edit link, and to keep the forms on this site free of abuse.

How long we keep it

Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe with one click at any time, from a link in every email. You can also ask us to delete your data entirely (see Contact below) and we will do so, except where we are required to keep records (for example, invoicing).

Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers to run this site: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional and newsletter email), and a hosting provider (VPS, Europe — data center to be confirmed). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments; we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
