Terms of Service

Level is published by Bynevo Labs, SASU with a share capital of EUR 10,000, registered office 200 rue de la Croix-Nivert, 75015 Paris, France, RCS Paris 945 110 237, VAT number FR62 945 110 237. Full notices are on the Legal notice page. Contact: contact@jobsbylevel.com.

Most listings on Level are aggregated from public applicant-tracking-system job boards (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever) operated by the hiring companies themselves. We do not modify their content beyond formatting and classification. If you are the employer behind a listing and want it removed, contact us and we will take it down.

Some Apply links carry a referral code. This applies to roles posted by micro1: if you apply through such a link, Level may earn a referral fee from micro1. You pay nothing and the role you apply to is the same.

The Auto-apply button on job pages also offers JobCopilot, an AI service that applies to jobs for you. If you subscribe to JobCopilot through that link, Level may earn a commission from JobCopilot. You pay nothing extra.

A referral never changes the order of jobs, the AI Level a role receives, or which roles we list. Every page with such a link says so next to it, and the link is marked as sponsored for search engines. If we add other partners, they will be listed here.

Every price below is the total you pay. We add no fee at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Employer offers and the hiring signals pack are priced in US dollars, CV reviews and tips in euros. You get a confirmation by email after each payment. Prices include VAT where VAT applies. Level is not responsible for a bank's currency conversion fees.

These offers are for businesses that post a job. They are sold to professionals, so the consumer right of withdrawal below does not apply to them, but our refund rules in the next paragraphs do.

• Post: $299. Listed for 30 days with its AI level, on the site and in the weekly digest.
• Post + Boost: $499. 30 days, plus 7 days pinned at the top of every list it appears in on jobsbylevel.com.
• Email blast (optional add-on): $99. Your job sent once, on its own, to every confirmed subscriber.

What you get and when. The listing goes live as soon as your payment is confirmed, and you receive an email with a private, signed link to edit or take down the listing during its run. The Email blast is sent once, within 2 business days of the payment.

Refund. We refund the full amount if: the listing is not published within 1 business day of payment; the Email blast you paid for is not sent within 2 business days of payment; we refuse or remove the listing for a reason that is not your fault, such as a technical error on our side; or you ask before the listing goes live. We do not refund a listing that we remove because it is misleading, fraudulent or not genuinely related to AI work, nor a listing you take down yourself after it went live. Ask for a refund as described in Complaints and refunds below.

$99, one payment. You get the full list of companies with their hiring signals, as a private link sent by email right after payment. Access lasts 30 days from the day of payment. The list is refreshed from the job ads on Level while your access lasts. It is a digital product for professionals and is delivered at once.

Refund. We refund the full amount if the access link does not reach you or does not work within 1 business day of payment and we cannot fix it, or if the list delivered does not match what this page describes. We do not refund once the list has been delivered and works.

€19, VAT included, one payment. You send your CV (PDF or Word, 5 MB at most) and, if you want, the role you aim for. We rewrite it in full and sends it back by email in two styles, as an editable DOCX file and a PDF. You pick the style you prefer; the rewrite applies the changes a review would suggest.

How it works. Your free review comes first, on a private page. If you want the rewrite, you answer a short questionnaire built from your CV, then pay on the last step. If the price is too high for you, you can say so on that page and we may offer a reduced price of €15, with the same delay, the same deliverables and the same refund.

Delay. The rewritten CV is delivered by email within 48 business hours of the moment we receive your payment. Business hours run Monday to Friday, UTC, and skip weekends. Your confirmation email gives the exact delivery time.

Refund. If we do not deliver within that delay, you are refunded the full €19, even if you did not ask. If the rewritten CV is unusable because of an error on our side, we refund you in full as well.

Start right away. Before paying, you tick a box asking us to start the rewrite immediately and acknowledging that you lose your right of withdrawal once the rewritten CV has been fully delivered (Code de la consommation, art. L221-28, 1°). Until delivery you can still withdraw, see Right of withdrawal below.

Your file. We keep your CV for 180 days at most, then delete it. We never share it with an employer without asking you first. See the privacy policy.

The free CV review stays free. The written reply comes by email within 3 days. It has no price and no refund to ask for.

Some earlier reviews include a link to an optional tip. A tip is a voluntary gift. It buys nothing, does not change the review and never has to be paid. If you tipped by mistake, write to us within 14 days and we refund it.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made on Level, without giving a reason. The period starts the day the contract is made. Two exceptions come from Code de la consommation, art. L221-28: a service fully delivered after you asked us to start and accepted to lose the right (this covers the CV rewrite once delivered), and digital content you started to download or use with your agreement.

How. Use the Withdraw from contract here function, also linked at the bottom of every page and in your confirmation emails. Fill in your name, the contract and your email address, check the statement, then press "Confirm withdrawal". No account is needed. We send you an acknowledgement by email with the content of your statement and the date and time we received it.

Refund. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your statement, with the payment method you used. If you asked us to start a service before withdrawing, you pay a part proportional to what was already done (Code de la consommation, art. L221-25). For a CV rewrite we have not started, the refund is full.

To complain or ask for a refund, write to contact@jobsbylevel.com from the email address you used to pay. Give the date of the payment, the offer, and what went wrong. You can also use the withdrawal function above if you are within 14 days.

• We confirm we received your message within 2 business days.
• We give you our answer within 14 days.
• When a refund is due under these terms (a missed delay, a delivery error on our side, a withdrawal), we send it within 14 days of your request, to the payment method you used.
• If we do not agree, we tell you why, in writing, and you keep every right you have under the law, including going to court.

We reserve the right to refuse, unpublish, or edit any listing that is misleading, fraudulent, or not genuinely related to AI work. We tell you why by email. The refund rules for a removed listing are in Employer offers above.

We do not guarantee any number of views, applications, or hires resulting from a listing, nor that a CV review leads to an interview or a job. Traffic and outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Free listings are compiled automatically from public sources. Employers who want their aggregated listings removed can request this at any time and we will comply promptly.

Level is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on any listing or review. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have as a consumer under mandatory law, or our liability for fraud, gross negligence or bodily harm. Our total liability for a paid offer is limited to the price you paid for it.

These terms are governed by French law. For a dispute between Bynevo Labs and a business, the courts of Paris have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts of France or of your country of residence.
