Join a fast-paced logistics environment where you will play a critical role in supporting drivers during afterhours operations. As a key point of contact during night shifts, you will help resolve operational challenges quickly and keep drivers moving toward their destinations. You will work closely with dispatchers, drivers, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear and timely communication. The role combines customer support, problem-solving, logistics coordination, and technology in a fully remote setting. You will use transportation management systems and internal communication tools to investigate issues and identify effective solutions. Each shift is supported by at least one additional team member, creating a collaborative environment even during late hours.
