As an AI Conversation Designer (Especialista), you will play a critical role in shaping scalable, high-quality conversational experiences across multiple projects. You will translate business needs and user insights into complex conversational architectures and multichannel journeys. With a high degree of autonomy and technical ownership, you will help establish standards, improve quality, and guide the evolution of Conversation AI solutions. The role brings together Conversation Design, AI, Product, Engineering, and Data in a collaborative environment. You will also act as a technical reference for the team, helping solve ambiguous problems and driving thoughtful decisions.
