A key focus will be connecting existing Next Best Offer and Next Best Action intelligence with practical CRM initiatives, campaigns, journeys, and communication strategies. You will work closely with CRM, Marketing, Sales, Product, Data Science, Analytics, Channels, and Technology teams. The position combines advanced analytical work with strategic business partnership and stakeholder influence. You will help strengthen experimentation, personalization, and data-driven decision-making across the SME customer lifecycle.
