As a Recruitment & Selection Analyst, you will manage end-to-end hiring processes across Technology and other business areas, working with professionals at different levels of seniority.
You’ll take ownership of multiple vacancies simultaneously, from initial role alignment and sourcing strategy through candidate evaluation and offer presentation.
The role combines active sourcing, market mapping, interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management.
You’ll have the autonomy to determine effective recruitment strategies and identify high-quality professionals in competitive talent markets.
Success in this position requires agility, organization, strong communication, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment.
