Analyst, Remarketing Enhancement & Make Ready

This fully remote role supports the growth and scaling of vehicle enhancement and make-ready programs across multiple branches and regions. You’ll play an important part in using data and operational insights to improve execution, control costs, and reduce cycle times. The position combines analytics, reporting, vendor performance management, process documentation, and continuous improvement. You’ll establish performance baselines, monitor key metrics, identify trends and risks, and turn operational data into actionable recommendations. The role also provides exposure to cross-functional projects, pilot programs, process rollouts, and leadership planning. Success requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to connect operational performance with financial and customer outcomes.
