Application Support Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Application Support Developer based in Canada.

The Application Support Developer will combine software development and technical support expertise to maintain reliable, high-quality applications in a production environment. You will troubleshoot incidents, resolve defects, support releases, and develop solutions that serve both internal teams and external clients. The role requires strong hands-on experience across enterprise applications, databases, integrations, Unix/Linux environments, and modern development practices. You will work closely with application support, development, and offshore teams to maintain service continuity and deliver enhancements. Customer experience, risk management, and disciplined change practices will be central to your work.
