Assistant Director of Key Accounts

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Assistant Director of Key Accounts based in the United States.

This role supports strategic key accounts by helping drive agent production, recruiting, onboarding, and day-to-day service needs. You’ll work closely with field leaders, recruiting teams, and internal partners to remove operational barriers and accelerate agent performance. The position combines account support, coaching, training, reporting, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play an important role in helping newly appointed agents transition successfully into production while strengthening the capabilities of field leadership teams. You’ll also design and deliver webinars and live seminars that improve product knowledge, sales skills, and operational readiness. This is a fully remote opportunity with travel for select in-person training, meetings, and team events.
