The Associate, Recruitment & Admissions supports the successful enrollment and onboarding of learners across a growing portfolio of technical career training programs. This role manages an assigned portfolio from offer acceptance through program start, ensuring learners complete key milestones and are fully prepared to begin. You will serve as a trusted point of contact, using proactive communication to maintain engagement and remove barriers throughout the enrollment journey. The position combines learner relationship management, pipeline coordination, data accuracy, and operational execution. Working across admissions, instruction, operations, product, curriculum, and other teams, you will help ensure cohorts launch successfully and enrollment goals are achieved.
