Broadband Network Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Broadband Network Engineer based in the United States.

This remote engineering role supports the design, operation, and continuous improvement of a growing fiber-optic broadband network.
You will work across core and access networks, carrier-grade equipment, transport providers, servers, Wi-Fi systems, and network monitoring platforms.
The role combines network engineering with hands-on troubleshooting, deployment support, optimization, and technical operations.
You will help maintain reliable, scalable connectivity while diagnosing complex issues and improving network performance.
Working closely with NOC, field engineering, OSP, and other technical teams, you will contribute to successful network expansion and operational excellence.
The position offers exposure to modern FTTP technologies and a dynamic environment where proactive problem-solving and ownership are highly valued.
As part of a small engineering team, you will also participate in an after-hours on-call rotation supporting critical network operations.
