Business Development Associate (BDA)

This is a remote, six-month opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to build hands-on experience in business development and sales. You will help engage prospective clients, understand their hiring needs, and introduce solutions that address their talent requirements. The role offers direct exposure to client conversations, lead generation, qualification, and sales pipeline development. You will work closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment. Your contributions will directly support client acquisition, revenue growth, and business expansion.
