Business Development – Lead Generator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Development – Lead Generator based in Spain.

This is a fully remote opportunity focused on generating qualified business opportunities within the Spanish technology market. You will identify companies with technology and IT staffing needs and connect with key decision-makers across technology, procurement, and HR functions. Your primary goal will be to create qualified sales meetings that enable the commercial team to present tailored IT outsourcing solutions. The role combines B2B prospecting, relationship building, lead qualification, and commercial coordination. You will work independently while collaborating closely with the sales team across Spain and Chile. Success will be measured through meeting generation, pipeline contribution, and ultimately the business opportunities created from your efforts.
