Business Development Manager EMS

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Development Manager EMS based in Switzerland.

This is a high-impact business development role focused on expanding Electronics Manufacturing Services across the European market.
You will identify new commercial opportunities, build strategic customer relationships, and help grow the business across Germany and other key European markets.
The role combines consultative B2B sales, market development, negotiation, and project-oriented commercial management.
You will work closely with sales, engineering, project management, and manufacturing teams to turn customer needs into compelling business opportunities.
Frequent travel will be an important part of the position, allowing you to meet customers, attend industry events, and develop relationships across the region.
